For over 20 years, John has been developing communities at Wolf Creek Resort and the surrounding area, ranging from condos, townhouses, commercial space, and residential neighborhoods.  His construction company, Lewis Homes, Inc, has been the general contractor on hundreds of homes and commercial space in the area.  Over the last few years, John was able to acquire the Resorts’ Golf Course and commercial core, bringing together not just the “What”, but the “Why” in development.  If there was one single thing that drives John more than any other, it would be to create an environment that fosters community and family.  Outdoor Concerts, races and events, small restaurants and shops, movie night on the side of a barn, – these are the experiences and memories that speak to “Why” we live where we live.  Just as importantly, you need to follow that up with a first class home or living space.  Life is all about priorities – “so first focus on building, maintaining and supporting the coolest community around, and let the houses sell themselves…”

As a native Utahn, Doug Hofeling has long taken advantage of Utah’s natural beauty and unparalleled outdoor activities. As an avid snowboarder, mountain biker, and rock climber, Doug knows nearly every nook and cranny of this incredible state like the back of his hand.

Doug spent 19 years with Squatters and Wasatch breweries, before being recruited to run the food and beverage platform for CANarchy Craft Beer Collective, which has operations in Utah, Colorado, California, Texas, Florida, North Carolina, and Michigan. Eventually, Doug left to open Ogden River Brewing in downtown Ogden before coming on board with Wolf Creek Resort. Doug brings nearly three decades of experience in the craft beer and hospitality space, with an emphasis on systems and personnel management.

In an effort to take advantage of the numerous recreational opportunities that the Ogden Valley offers, Eric and his wife Nicole relocated to Eden in 2001, from the Pacific Northwest. “The plan was to come out to northern Utah and ski for a season, but with the active quality of life we experienced in the valley, we never left!”

Every since, Eric has contributed to Wolf Creek by developing real estate communities and amenities within the master planned resort. “Our goal at Wolf Creek is to foster a community of resort neighborhoods that connects both families and friends, while enjoying the surrounding recreational opportunities.”

Since arriving in Utah, the Householders have added two young outdoor enthusiasts to the family. “Leyla and Anden absolutely love the summer concerts, family movies at the barn and the disc golf course at the resort. In the winter, they look forward to taking the bus up to Powder Mountain to play in the good stuff!”

Originally from Dana Point California, Joe moved from the beach to the mountains of Utah over 30 years ago. As an avid skier and mountain biker, Utah was the perfect playground, but the people and sense of communit­­y are what make it the place he calls home.
